Have you ever thought about playing on one of the courts at Roland Garros? Or visiting the entire complex, even the player-only areas?

On Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20, during the European Heritage Days, you can enter this legendary stadium for free.

During these two days, the French Tennis Federation opens the doors of Roland Garros to the public from 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. A unique opportunity to discover the temple of tennis.

For your visit, you can choose from three tours.

If you choose the Tennis Animations option - for adults and children over 11 years old - you will have the opportunity to play tennis on one of the iconic courts of the stadium. For this, arrive early and register for courts 7 and 9. The registration location is near >.

You can also choose the Historical/New Stadium circuit and visit the museum of the French Tennis Federation to see the exhibition about the New Roland Garros project. I don't know if you know, but Roland Garros will be completely renovated.

Finally, if you want to visit the areas not usually open to the public, choose the third route called Backstage at Roland Garros to explore the zones dedicated to the players of the Philippe Chatrier court, the men's and women's locker rooms, the media area, the Suzanne Lenglen court, court number 1, and the Mousquetaires square.

Entry is free.

During the European Heritage Days, the visit to monuments that are normally closed to the public is free.

If you're not much into sports, another option would be to visit the palace that is the seat of the French Senate (read here).

Hours: from 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.

Entry via gate I - Suzanne-Lenglen / 8 Boulevard d'Auteuil, 75016 Paris
