Luggage Storage in Paris

You've arrived in Paris and want to explore the city without the hassle of carrying your luggage? Is your hotel unable to store your bags before check-in? No problem! In Paris, you will find several solutions to safely store your luggage. Let's see where.

Private Companies for Luggage Storage in Paris

In Paris, there are some private companies specializing in luggage storage.

Nanny Bag

The Nanny Bag service allows you to store your luggage while you're out, which is very convenient as it operates 24/7 and lets you book (online only) your storage with just a few clicks.

You just need to choose one of the partner stores related to your destination. A map will open with a myriad of addresses: quickly find the most convenient one for you, enter the date and time of drop-off and pick-up, number of bags to check-in, and select an available locker.

The last step, click to book, proceed with payment, and wait for the confirmation email with the summary. The service is very secure, and your luggage is covered by insurance. There are no size or weight limits for your baggage!

How much does it cost? $6 per day per bag, if you add 24 more hours you will pay $4 per bag.

City Locker

The same applies to the private service City Locker, which offers several drop-off points in central Paris. The service is self-service, and at the time of the online booking, a code will be provided that will allow you to open the locker upon baggage retrieval. The drop-off points are under video surveillance.

LuggageHero

Another luggage storage service in Paris (and beyond) that might interest you is LuggageHero, which only charges you for the actual hours of storage you use. Additionally, you can set a maximum daily spending limit so you're assured not to pay too much.

Rates and booking procedures:

  • The cost per bag is $1/hour (plus a fixed handling fee of $2 per bag) or $8/day
  • The fee always includes a security seal that guarantees the tampering of your luggage won't occur
  • You don't have to pay anything until you deposit your luggage at a LuggageHero store

Once you reach the payment amount, a ticket will be printed which you will need to open the locker upon retrieval, so be careful not to lose it! The service is reliable, but we still recommend not leaving valuables in your luggage.

  • Enter the luggage storage area of the station
  • Choose the size of the locker you need
  • Insert your luggage and close the locker
  • Insert coins for payment
